Tracking Tab for Sent Messages - where is it?

The Outlook help text mentions that if you request a read
receipt for a message, that Outlook stores the read
verification message with the original message in the Sent
Items folder under the "Tracking" tab.

Where is this "tab". When I double click on the sent
message I don't see any "tabs". I thought it might be
mistakenly referring to a toolbar button, but I didn't see
any "tracking" toolbar buttons either.

Obviously I'm missing something.

You'll only see a Tracking tab on messages for which tracking information
has already been returned.
