Tracking Status empty

I have set up Request for Delivery and Read Receipt. However when someone
read my email the tracking Status field stays empty. What am I doing wrong?

I don't follow you. I have the tracking tab, but no information appear in it.
Is it not suppose to give some info in the tracking tab when the email was
delivered or read?

Yes, but the Tracking Tab can only be populated when the receipts are being
returned in actuall receipts and not emails. When you normally receive a
receipt, you read it and then delete it and the information is accessible on
the Tracking Tab.

Sorry, I was wrong. There is a special icon infront. It is an actuall
receipt and not an email. Still nothing appears in the Tracking Status field.

Yes, but the Tracking Tab can only be populated when the receipts are being
returned in actuall receipts and not emails. When you normally receive a
receipt, you read it and then delete it and the information is accessible on
the Tracking Tab.
