Tracking 1st Pass Yield and retreiving data with a chart

Hi,

I need a database that can track a unit through test by serial number and
model number and date tested. I will then chart only the 1st time the unit
failed for 1st pass yields by week, giving the total units processed and unit
failed 1st time. Does anyone have simular database?

Wouldn't surprise me, if they speak the same jargon you do, e.g., "chart
only the 1st time the unit failed for 1st pass yields by week." I obviously
do not speak it and am at a loss as to what you want to do.

On the other hand, some who don't speak that jargon might have something
that could be used or adapted if you described what you need in simple,
straightforward, generic terms.
