Track changes

Mike Berger

I have a document that has used the Track Changes. Is there anyway to delete
all the changes that have been "tracked". I don't want any history of all
that stuff...

Thanks
Mike

Microsoft XP has a utility that strips all of the "hidden" data embedded in word documents. It integrates into word and allows you to distribute files with NO editing comments in the file

Download it from mMicrosoft it is called rhdtool.ex

The Remove Hidden Data add-in goes much beyond what the OP asked for; it is
also a very poorly behaved add-in in that it dirties Normal.dot so that you
get a prompt to save Normal.dot every time you close Word.
