Track changes

Is there a way to accept all changes in my document except the comments. I
want to except all the formatting changes, the additions and deletions but I
want to keep the comments. I amusing Word 2003.

If your comments are inserted by using Insert --> Comment, then the answer
is Yes.
Add the Reveiwing toolbar. Select the "checkmark" icon's little down arrow.
The select "Accept all Changes in Document". You comments will stay in the
document.
