Track Changes Question

Hello

I usualy work with medium size documents about 30 pages or so and i have to
modify them all the time. There for i use Track Changes to facilitate my
work, my question comes to this. I use Baloon option in order to track all i
did or change but wen i print the document out to show my cowerkers it gives
me a bontch of extra pages to print . Is there a way not to have all those
extra pages ?
 
If you're using balloons, you shouldn't get extra pages (your pages will be
reduced to allow margin space for the balloons); you will get extra pages if
you *don't* use balloons.
