I need to be able to see the changes that have been made to the e-mail
messages stored in my Drafts folder. Word has a track changes feature and I
have Word setup as my text editor. The option for track changes is dimmed and
not available.

Outlook version? Where are the changes coming from, your own computer?
Someone else editing the item and sending it back to you?

After furious head scratching, Debra Lassman asked:

Hi Milly,

The messages are created in Outlook 2003 and saved to the drafts folder. I
am using Microsoft Word as the text editor and would like to turn on the
track changes feature so that when I open the message or someone else who has
access to my drafts folder does and makes changes I could see them.

Thanks,
Debra Lassman
