"track changes" deletions aren't strike throughs.

I am trying to set "track changes" in WORD to show deleteions with a
strikethrough. The document removes the items from the text and show a note
in a balloon in the border. I'd like it to remain in the text with
strikethroughs, instead.
 
You can view the document in Normal view or disable balloons on the Track
Changes tab of Tools | Options.
