Track Changes, Compatibility and Edit

I am using Microsoft Word 97. When I go into Tools, Options and I click on
the Tabs, Track Changes, Compatibility or Edit I am not seeing any
information at all. The other Tabs are showing all the correct information.
Can anyone suggest how I can restore the information on these TABS. Thanks in
Advance.
