Track Changes change for the worse in 2007

When you Accept or Reject a Change, it now automatically goes to the
next Change (which may be pages and pages away), just as Find/Replace
zips to the next Find after doing a single Replace. How can I make it
stop doing that, and behave like it used to -- stay put so I can
verify that the final result is as expected?

(Would be nice to be able to keep it from zipping to the next Find,
also.)

You wouldn't believe how many people complained that Track Changes in Word
2002 and 2003 *didn't* do that (standard behavior in previous versions).

Hmm ... the first method means aiming for the very tiny triangle and
sliding down to the right row; the second method takes away the new
advantage of having the really big icon that doesn't take much aiming
at all.

What I'd really like is a keyboard shortcut for Accepting or
Rejecting. Is that maybe possible now that it can be isolated onto the
QAT?

Speaking of which, I suspect there must be a Find Next keyboard
shortcut, but I've never known what it might be? And shifted, it would
be Find Previous?

When the Find dialog is open, Find Next is Enter.

That's hardly a shortcut. (Having the dialog open prevents a number of
other things from happening, including Drag 'n' Drop.) Is there
actually _no_ keyboard shortcut for Find Next ???

Ctrl+PageDown = Find next
Ctrl+PageUp = Find previous
