total system restore?

I bought a Qompac computer from a rent to own place about a year ago now I'm
tryingf to do a total system restore back to out of the box comditions. I
have a supplim,ental software disc. Thats the only disc they gave me. Should
i have a windows disc and if not howq do i start the total restore
process??? TIA
