Well, you must have some heavy parasite or malware, adware, and a virus
lurking
around your system...
I would do an online AV scan first, to see if your current AV scanner has
been compromised, it sounds like it has..

All you really need for spyware protection, see links below. .. I am only
trying MS beta because it found a few baddies the
others missed, though it may have been just an update lapse..Update all and
manually scan your system, I don't let any app auto or boot anything, except
my AV and firewall app all in one NIS (Norton Internet Security) I have never
had a major virus outbreak on any of my systems while using NIS, so far,
knock on wood..
