Total lock out of XP

How do I get access to XP if all the local account
passwords don't work? None of the user or admin passwords
are able to provide access.

PC was configured for a domain previously, but the login
domain option does not appear at the login window, seems
like a workgroup login now. None of the network admin
passwords work either.

Safe mode also asks for admin password, Last Known Good
Config also doesn't recognise any of the passwords.

Any other backdoors without having to reformat and rebuild?

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
