Toshiba Laptop Bios Problem

Welcome Everyone
I have a toshiba portege 4010 laptop, Model No: PP401L-024FD.
Hard Drive is Damaged. I can't install windows in new Hard Drive
Beacaus Probably first boot sequence is not cdrom and The BIOS is
Password Protected. Now How Can I Remove Bios Password and Install
windows in my Laptop.

Please Help me.

you can call Toshiba and if you have proof of ownership they have a master
password for the bios.

Well ... There's this:

A bit expensive, at over $100 counting shipping.
There's replacing the security-chip.
Again, expensive and takes soldering.
Or, sending in the laptop to have the security-chip replaced.
(Same thing.)

You might try "Toshiba" as a backdoor password.
Or, try holding down the left-shift-key during boot.
On many Toshiba laptops that bypasses the password.
