tor site has been blocked

Any software available to hide my isp because isp is blocking some sites. I
came to know of Tor from google. Even after using Tor could access isp
blocked sites. Any solution? Even the tor site has been blocked by isp so
could not read any documents.

I am having a wireless net connection.

Are you in Oman? Since you can get to Google, use the search term "Oman
blocking Internet" and look at the many links.
