Whenever i boot, i get a message saying "Could not load TopSearch.dll".

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Thank you.

You don't want TopSearch. It's adware. Have you run some anti-malware
apps? If so they probably deleted the malware but the reference to loading
it is still there. From Start | Run | msconfig, click ok. Look on the
startup tab for any reference to topsearch. Uncheck if it's there. Ok out.
