top of personal folders

I'm trying to find a message in my outlook. It locates the message I'm
searching, but shows the location as "Top of Personal Folders". Where is this
location. I'm not able to find this message iny any of my folders, it only
appears when I make a search in Personal Folders.
 
It's the folder that you don't see because Outlook Today shows instead. If you right-click Outlook Today and choose Properties, you can turn off that web page and see the lost item.
