Using the designer, I add a toolstrip to a form. I add a button.

Where do I find the standard icons that would be used if I select add
standard items?

There are many options. First, right click the toolbar and click Insert
Standard Items, this will get you a lot of common buttons, add or delete as
you need.
If that is not enough, do a search for *.ico from your Start->search menu, I
have thousands to choose from.
And finally, I have frequently used the following site which will generate
an icon from whatever images you have. It used to be free but i havent used
it in a while:
http://www.faviconprime.com/

Thanks, John. I was wondering where "Insert Standard Items" gets them.

See why using abbreviations can be confusing? Take the extra few seconds and
type out what you mean....

I'll make sure I never abbreviate again. This kind of catastrophe is
avoidable 100% of the time
