tools to format oversize FAT32 partition

hello,

We know that the Win2k install CD and the Disk Manager
can't format a FAT32 partition greater than 32 GB.

What 3rd party tools are known to work, so that Win2k
can _use_ the resulting oversized partition?

I'm about to try the Maxtor CD included with my
300GB SATA drive.

Please share any tools which can do this. The only
reason I need FAT32 is to share the partition with SuSE.

You can do it with linux or a 98 boot diskette containing fdisk and
format.

I ended up using Bootit NG in Maintenance mode from its bootable CD

Best option would be from a bootable CD. I had two 31 GB FAT32
partitions. First, I went into Win2k Disk Manager and deleted
both (they were logical drives). Then I put Bing into the CD
drive and rebooted. It allowed me to create a new single
partition and format all 62 GB as FAT32, and it was quick.
