Tools options

IE:
I can no longer get ‘Folder Options’ from the drop-down menu from ‘Tools’.
I think it has been replaced by ‘Yahoo! Messenger’ which I do not use.

I would appreciate any help you can provide.

You are not supposed to get 'Folder Options' from 'Tools' in Internet
Explorer. You should have Internet Options'.
If you don't want Yahoo! Messenger, then why not uninstall it?
