Tools/Options/Security - Remove Personal Information setting

Where is this settings stored? Is it in the registry? Where do I set this so that it is set for every new workbook that I create?

Set up a workbook as you want it and save it as a template in your XLStart
directory. The name must be BOOK.XLT, and it must be in that directory (search
for it if you don't know where it is on your hard drive).
