Tools|Macro|Security not listed

OS Xp

I have loaded Jet 4.0 SP8 and want to change the security level to low,
however I do not have the security selection under Macro. I customized the
menu to show all items and it is still not an item to be selected. Any
ideas

The likeliest explanation is that you do not have
administrator privliges.
