tools/internet options/settings

Can anyone point me to the links or kb articles that show
what the correct settings are for tools internet options
security and advanced settings are supposed to be? IE 6 on
a Win98se box real slow for example on ebay running norton
and spybot this thing is dragging like a 1200....Thanks
 
Isn't there a set default button for each?

Yes but I thought I remembered when I got spybot Mike told
me how to teak the options for max performance
