Tools for customize screensaver

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is any tool from Microsoft that can customize
screensaver (.scr)?

You can view the screensaver property page & customise them that way
(right-click the Desktop & choose 'properties' & then the screensaver tab)

Thanks. But what I mean is whether there is a tool from Microsoft so that we
can create our own screensaver. Would you also have any recommendation of
3rd party software?

Nothing provided by MS for Windows 2000 that I'm aware of. try
www.google.com for a fair number of others.
