Tools > Accounts... disappeared! How can I get it back?

Hi, I used to have "Account..." in Tools menu. Now I don't.
I don't know how it disappeared.
Is there anyway I can get it back?

I have the MS Office XP.

In Tools, I have everything except for "Accounts...".
Just in case you want to know what I mean by everything,
Address Book
Advanced Find
Empty "Deleted Items" Folder
Forms
Macro
Customize...
Options...

Only Outlook 98/2000 in IMO mode ever had "Accounts" listed in the Tools
Menu.
Outlook 2002 has an option labeled "Email Accounts..."
If that's missing, then you'll need to provide the steps you used to lose
it. It is always there by default.
