toolbars

i'm having problem with my taskbar.whenever i open an IE
the taskbar seems to be locked up.
i also notice something in taskbar>toolbars>tdb03
that seems to be the cause od the problem.
how do i permanantly delete that toolbar.
please help thanks

Remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de
and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal
tools in Safe Mode.
