toolbars

Hello.I Have a problem I was having with a toolbar which h
has been downloaded in my saved programs.It was downloaded
unknowingly and with all my efforts I can not remove it.I
can not even find it anywhere in my computer.Ive tried the
add and delete screen but when I try to click to
delete,nothing happens.any help?thanks

If you are referring to the browser toolbar, remove it using Toolbarcop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
