I understand that Excel stores its toolbar info in file
named Excelxx.xlb. I have Excel 2002 but cannot file this
file. The problem is I cannot select toolbars other then
Standard and Format. Any ideas?

Did you use Windows start button|find (or search)?

If yes, then make sure you're looking through hidden folders and for hidden
files.

I like to show all extensions, too.

If that still fails (but it shouldn't if you find those settings!).

You can shell to a command prompt and type:

dir c:\*.xlb /s

(you may have to search other drives (D:\, E:\, ...).
