I recently uninstalled a dictionnary (TrueTerm) from my computer. This
program automaticly created additional toolbars in all office programs.
Everything worked fine, but now (after uninstalling it) every time I start up
excel, I get a warning that there's a file missing and that because of that
the toobar cannot be shown. How can I convince excel that I don't want that
toobar anymore because that program is no longer on my computer?

Try this approach, open Excel the under the Tools menu select Customize. In
the Toolbar tab delete the Toolbar you no longer require.

Thanks.
