toolbars again

Help #2. I just wrote in about my disappearing toolbar. I then noticed my
address box has shrunk to about an inch or so wide.

Same fix, unlock the toolbars then drag them.

I had replied to the first message that there had been no check next to Lock
the Toolbars. And I should add that Refresh, Mail icons were no longer in a
toolbar that I could move. They appear only after I click on some double
arrows in the left corner of an existing toolbar. It's a mystery to me.
