toolbars, address bars, search bars..

All of my toolbars and such have disappeared from the ie
window. no address bar,search bar...

Have you looked under View?Toolbars to see if they are checked?

Have you tried to pull it down from the meet point?Put

it to the point where it turns the pointer to arrows,left
click and hold while you pull down.Then go to view at the
top and look in the toolbar section for address
bar,explorer bar for search.

F11 may be you friend.

Other issues.

Close all instances of Internet Explorer except one
Right-click on the top Toolbar, uncheck: "Lock the Toolbars"
Place the cursor over the "Address" button and click (hold down)
It will change to a 4-way arrow, move or expand the Address Bar to desired
location
Right-click on the top Toolbar, check: "Lock the Toolbars"
Hold down the Ctrl key and close Internet Explorer.


Confirm these default Registry entries exist:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"Show_ToolBar"="yes"
"Show_URLinStatusBar"="yes"
"Show_URLToolBar"="yes"


In Internet Explorer Menu: Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab
Scroll down half way to:
Search from the address bar...
When searching.... select a mode.
Click Apply.

Try clicking 'View' on the toolbar at the top of the
page, then click to reactivate the toolbars you wish to
display.
