I'm hoping somebody here has had some experience with this free program

tool. You can use it to manage dozens of toolbars in a simple tabbed
control to save valuable browser space. It also includes all the
standard features for search, navigation, popup blocking, etc., so you
will never need another toolbar."
It looks nice, but I can't figure out how (and where) to save a toolbar
I create on my own machine, rather than on a website server. Any
advice/ experience appreciated.
