I have this toolbar that comes up every time I open IE. It appears to be a Microsoft toolbar (the design is very much the same style). I have tried numerous spyware remval programs and have searched through all my drives and add/rmv programs for help to remove it. When I bring up the process, it's labeled as iexplore.exe... the only 'iexplore' files I can find that I don't recognize are;

* ... \Local Settings\Temp\WER91.tmp.dir00
* IEXPORE.EXE-2D97EBE6.pf

Will removing either of these help me get rid of this ridiculous toolbar?

it could be hiding in system restore. turn it off clean
the system of spyware and reboot. see if any difference and
then start a fresh system restore point. also scan for virus.
spybot 1.3 safer-networking.org
ad-aware lavasoftusa.com
update both before scan
