When I use Internet Exploer I get the following error
message:

When I do get the this error message, it is always the
same
(Temp\WER38.tmp.dir00\IEXPLORER.EXE.dpmp)
\Temp\WER38.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt

szAppName : IEXPLORE.EXE szAppVer : 6.0.2800.1106
szModName :
hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

Below is a copy of what I was able to paste
C:\DOCUME~1\Anonymous\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER38.tmp.dir00
\IEXPLORE.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Anonymous\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER38.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt

szAppName : IEXPLORE.EXE szAppVer : 6.0.2800.1106
szModName :
hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

I saw from previous documents from brad to remove
reg2.dll, xm320.dll, and ngsw31.dll, and ngpw34.dll.
However, a Find Files and Folders indicates zero results
of these five files.

What else is there, other than re-installing Windows. I
have all of my critical updates, and most of my
recommended updates, which also has been suggested.

How can I get rid of this error message?

I asked other people how to get rid of this and their
suggestion was to get rid of Windows Media Player. I
checked Add/Remove Programs, and Windows Media Player was
not there. I checked Program Files and it will not delete
Windows Media Player. The only relevant file that came
close in Add\Remove Programs was a hot fix (Critical
Update for Windows Media Player Script Commands
KB828026). However, when I chose to remove it warned me
that other programs may not function.

What is the safest way to remove the error message
associated with accompat.txt and IEXPLORE.exe.dpmp and
hungapp?
