Toolbar

The IE toolbar will let me customise it to what I want, I
have installed MSN's toolbar and it works just fine. I
have also used Google's tool bar and it works fine too.
Problem is when I log off my computer and then later log
back on, the original default IE tool bar appears and the
other toolbars have been uninstalled, and then I have to
go through the whole procedjure again to use one of the
other toolbars I want. Any suggestions?
