toolbar

how do i delete the different toolbar selections that
appear in the dropdown menu as i click on "view"
and "toolbars" - they are an annoyance and pop back on the
browser when it is reopened, even though i have
selected "lock the toolbar".

i know you can delete it from your registry...i just
can't recall the exact steps
