toolbar with graphics as a background uggg! help me

I don't remember how I added a picture to the background of my toolbar area
in outlook express
I can't see my text or buttons can someone tell me how to restore my
toolbar in outlook

its funny the reg key was for Internet explorer. but it fixed the Outlook
Express toolbar
