How to permanently remove a toolbar from compose window

I recently installed Adobe Acrobat and it added a tool bar to the new
message window in outlook (xp). No matter how many times I move this tool
bar to be next to the main tool bar, or simply right click and uncheck it
from displaying it comes back.

I wouldn't mind leaving the toolbar there if it would stay where I move it.
but if not I'd rather just get rid of it.

Can someone help me put this toolbar in its place and have it remember that
spot or help me get rid of it?
The toolbar is called Attach as Adobe PDF
