Toolbar toolitps

Hello,
WinXP Pro. Recently, the tooltips for icons in the system tray have started
appearing behind the task bar; that is, they are positioned as though there
were no task bar.
Any ideas on why this is, and how to fix it?

Does this persist when you log off/log back on? We've seen reports of this,
but have not been able to reproduce this consistently.
 
Logging off then on seems to correct the problem. At some time, for reasons
unknown, they start displaying "behind" the taskbar. I'm sorry I don't have
a reproducible method for you to make it happen.
