Toolbar STUCK

Yo, yo, help please.
Anyone there? I've gotten my toolbar dragged to the side
of the screen and I can't get it back! Im going blind and
getting dizzy trying to function with it there.
Ive tried properties, and everykind of dragging I can think
of. Ideas?
 
If you are talking about the "Taskbar", r-click inside of it and un-check
"lock the taskbar", then click inside the taskbar and drag it back to where
you want it. Then, re-lock it in place.
