Desktop Toolbar I can't get rid of

I'm running XP Home Edition Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600.

This toolbar appeared on my desktop that I can't get rid of. It's not one
of the toolbars that you can place on there. It's this blue bar on the left
that sits over the desktop. The buttons work and everything. It's just a
pain because I don't want it there. I've tried removing it as per the
instructions in help but I can't seem to do anything with it. I didn't even
consider the system restore until it was already too late and now I don't
have anything on restore without that toolbar.

If I right click on it, I don't get the standard menus that you normally get
with a toolbar. I can't drag it anywhere. I can't resize it. It's just
there.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get rid of it?

Thank you.

Never mind! Thanks to Ronnie Vernon MVP who replied to a previous posting on
8-18-06 Windows XP Desktop. I should go through the newsgroup first before
posting... :) His reply worked perfectly.
