Toolbar problems

I had some links on my toolbar but now I don't have access to them anymore. I have tried everything that I can think of to get them back. I was reading how everyone else is having problems getting rid of their specific toolbar but I really would like to get mine back. It had all my other links on it and I simply cannot access it anymore. Whenever I right-click on the IE toolbar it doesn't even come up with the option for it. How do I access them?

Can you find a Links folder with the .URL items you are remembering?
If so, it is probably in a different folder than the one that your current
Favorites are in. E.g. right-click Properties in the Favorites menu.
Simplest thing to do then would be just to copy the *.URL items to where
they need to go now.
