toolbar keeps showing when FP starts

Hi,
How to you set FP such that a toolbar (I have one called "3D Button Visual
Editor") which wants to open each time I start FP. I like it, I just don't
want it set as a standard opening feature.

WinXP
FP2003
 
It should be able to be turn off in View Toolbars
- if not it is a poorly designed addin
Turn off the addin in Tools Addins

I have one like that too...won't mention who's...keeps opening its popup mini menu smack dab in the middle of the work space - cant find how to keep it permanently attached to the top tool bar.

I had one that also does that, I finally un-installed it.

You know which one then..but I REALLY like a couple of it's features. It's kinda dumb too, because it's free with no option to buy or undo this nag "feature"...at least that I can find.

Yes, i had that one too. Nice, but I removed it. Might go back and get it
again though and simply turn it off at the add-ins until I need it. I wish I
didn't have to do that though.
