When I create a new email, the toolbar to change the font and put in bold
and other stuff like that is disapearing constantly.

What can I do to set it to stay there.

Thank's

Louis

Can you pinpoint at what time it disappears or isn't it their when you start
composing? You can make it visible by selecting View-> Toolbars-> Formatting

Alright, then we do a full reset on the Toolbar. To do this locate
outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old when Outlook is closed. By default
you can find it here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
