Toolbar corruption (again!)

My customizations for the toolbar has disappeared for the second time.
Last time I had to blow away the cmdui.prf file and start again.

I haven't had any system or program crashes in a long time. Aside from
backing up the cmdui.prf file, does anyone know of a better solution
or perhaps a KB article on this issue ?

It's almost certainly an add-in that's causing it.
Add a shortcut to your CmdUI.PRF like I did.

Thanks Bill. At least I know it's not just me. I thought of the short
cut idea, it's just a pain to keep the saved copy up to date.

You'd think that MS could have fixed some of the bugs that were in
2002 when they brought out 2003. I suppose that's expecting too much
from them.
