toolbar button

I cannot modify toolbar buttons. When I click on
customize, the modify button is grayed out. Any
suggestions?

Just to be sure :

1. Tools > Customize > Commands Tab
2. Select Macros in left ListBox
3. Select Custom Button on right side.
4. Select the toolbar button that you are trying to modify.

And you're still not able to modify your button?
