Toolbar Button to Start News

I use Outlook 2003. Is there a way to put a button on the toolbar that will
start Outlook Express newsreader? Thanks,

View-> Toolbars-> Customize-> tab Commands-> category View-> command News.
Just drag & drop it to your Toolbar
