Toolbar Button to Move email to Folder

I am new at this..

But is there a simple macro which can move a highlighted email to a
pre-selected folder.

E.g. highlight email>Press button>moves email to folder called "SAVED"

Also can it be made to access Public Folders on an exchange server and move
the email there?
