Toolbar button in IE

The Read Mail toolbar button in IE, doesn't work... clicking on it, doesn't
open Windows Mail. Somebody know a fix for this issue. I reset IE but
nothing happens.

In IE - Tools - Options - Programs - set the Email Program. If already set,
deselect or change it.
Close ALL IE windows. Restart IE and SELECT Windows Mail again. Close and
Restart IE.

I am assuming Windows Mail runs from the Start Menu.
