toolbar and screen font size

Recently my son deleted an ISP but now the screen, toolbar, all font...is
large. It causes the browser to work 4 times slower and I can't see all the
items on my carousel (toolbar) without clicking on the arrows. I've tried
"accessibility" and "settings" but don't know how to take the screen back to
the former size. He doesn't seem to know how it happened either.

In Display Properties > Settings, move the Screen Resolution slider up one (or
more ) notches, click Apply > Ok.
If it won't change, click on the Color quality dropdown arrow and select a
higher quality if available.
If only 256 color, 16 or 24 bit are available, reinstall they video adapter
drivers. Go to the adapter/chip manufactures site and download/install the
latest updated drivers per their instructions.
